I am a retired Federal Law Enforcement Officer with over 26 years of experience battling narcotics and alien smuggling, human trafficking and money laundering. I have served on the US-Mexican border, Washington DC and overseas at US Embassies in Panama, Mexico and Trinidad and Tobago.

In 2017 as a member of a high level US delegation I met with Chinese officials in Beijing to fight the scourge of Fentanyl smuggling.
I hold a Master's Degree from the University of Alabama and am fluent in Spanish.
